LESSON PAYMENTS & PARTICIPATION

Payments due at the end of each lesson. Receipts available upon request. Post-dated checks will not be accepted. All sales are final. You will receive a participant registration form before your first lesson including a harmless waiver & agreeing to the cancelation policy below. Please check with your doctor before participating in any fitness or dance classes or instruction or lessons. 

CANCELATION POLICY & DANCER ETIQUETTE: READ CAREFULLY

You will receive a confirmation text of your lesson 24-48 hours before your upcoming lesson. Please confirm by replying to the text. Same day cancellations (less than 18 hours) fee $50 no exceptions except illness & true emergency. Why? I need time to fill the spot. If I honestly can fill a spot, I will honestly not charge you the fee, I don't want peoples money for nothing.  I am very forgiving because I get how life is life,  but please BE HONEST!   I am a small business working by appointments only.  Emergencies and illnesses happen, I definitely want you to be safe & for all of us to be healthy, but please respect my time as much as I truly respect yours. If you are late for your appointment due to work delays, personal or weather delays there is no discount on the lesson ( I can’t believe I had to add that line in this year.😳)

24 hours notice REQUIRED for canceling or rescheduling lessons. If you short-notice cancel 18 hours before your lesson please pay the cancellation fee via venmo @ckmovementLLC.  You will be sent the link upon canceling.  You will have 30 days to pay the invoice or pay before or on your next lesson, whichever comes first. Short-notice cancelation fee is $50.  Student IS responsible for payment for cancelations you may submit a check or cash on your next lesson or accept the venmo link which will be sent to you upon canceling.  If you had a pre-pay lesson, $50 will be debited from your lessons. Please do not ask to be excused of policy. This is literally an honesty policy.

ILLNESS CANCELATIONS will ALWAYS be forgiven. If you are sick or live with someone sick and do not want to risk spreading the fun- please CANCEL. If you think you have been exposed to covid 19 please cancel. Dancers don't get sick days. 🤧
