As a trainer, one of my SPECIALTIES during sessions is to teach my clients HOW TO WORKOUT in their own space or gym with what they have access to INDEPENDENTLY so they don’t need me someday. I agree, it’s great to show up to a training session and just have a trainer put you through the paces, but what if your time or budget doesn't allow this often or long term?

I truly believe every person should be capable of taking care of themselves. I believe KNOWING HOW to workout and avoid injury is just a LIFE SKILL like doing laundry or our finances. We aren't often taught how to do this in fitness, we just know we should- but showing up and knowing what to do can be really tricky. I get it! The same way we need to LEARN TO MAKE GOOD CHOICES about our nutrition or other life choices we need to learn how to workout and how to show up
