PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Performance training is a specialized type of personal training designed for dancers & athletes to improve their power, speed, agility, flexibility, jumps, endurance and more. Christine is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist Trainer (PES) and works with athletes and dancers from novice to pro, amateur to competitive to train up their athletic performance in a safe, smart and effective way.

YOU MAY START AT MY WEEKLY BODY IN BALANCE™ CLASS. Body IN Balance™ is an excellent foundation class which all training is built upon. It enhances performance at all levels and should always be returned to for all dancers and athletes.
